And the world was water

The seas were still big from the weekends stormy weather. I went to Macauleys this morning and the swell coming in was massive. Big sweeping breakers with arching tails of spray being whipped backwards off their crests. I went to my rocky rampart, and the waves were over topping it. Crashing high into the air, and falling as a curtain on the other side. These huge roiling, curling, dancing waves. Spray was on the air, foam floating on top. I looked at the ocean and just went wow at its power, and I laughed and exclaimed as each wave smashed into the exposed rock. And I was happy, I was enjoying myself. Such fun, fun, fun, no people to worry about, just me and the angry ocean before me.
