Big Sky

Clouds are so unpredictable. Where the best light will appear at sunrise and sunset can’t be predicted until the last moment. Tonight the clouds looked potentially spectacular from all angles, but in the end the best light appeared over the hills to the west. These clouds only fired through the orange part of the golden hour cycle. No reds, pinks or crimsons. And the clouds to the east hardly picked up any light at all, even though they were very high.
