Summer Sunset

The light took me a little bit by surprise, I went to put some rubbish out and I looked up and the skies looked promising. There was some particularly nice looking wind swept cirrus could off Gallows Beach. When I walked across the low tide sand of Gallows, I watched several terns fly around fast, making quite a racket, one or two of them had small fish in their bills, and were being chased several other terns. A group silver gulls had also taken up position on the sand and in one photo the light of a plane is reflected in the sand.
