Gallows, Jetty and Macaulys

It's a beautiful day

The Gallows. This is a great spot where I am able to photograph the clouds and get some active water movement through the rocks. It is hard shoot/ing towards the bright sun behind Corambirra Point. Next time I am there I must remember to take an extra shot to expose for the highlights.

The light has been spectacular on so many occasions the last week or so, it was difficult to keep up.

Macauley’s Headland

This light had a structure to it like a lattice radiating out from the horizon. This is my go to headland, I like the way the rocks are exposed to the north and catch some of the early morning sun.

The Jetty is my closest beach. There is often a fresh crop of seaweed on the strandline.

  1. You certainly captured some great skies, Paul!

  2. Thanks Sue, the last month has been impressive.
