Swamp Hibiscus and Gallows beach

A strong southerly blew into Coffs this afternoon. It made it difficult taking the photographs of the Swamp Hibiscus. The blooms had been a little bit damaged by all the wind and storm action of the last day or so. When I got to Gallows Beach the wind was so strong I could hardly keep the door of my car open, and it was difficult to stand up in the wind. Then I couldn’t stop my filters from fogging up, and they were falling off the end of my lense. Not a great afternoon taking photographs. Fora summer evening it turned quite cold.
